Creamy greek yoghurt dressing

Hey guys!

I’ve been diggin’ all things greek recently – I’m talking meat skewers, tasty salads, warm pitas, and some delicious dressings and marinades. Yum! Today i’m sharing with you my version of a super easy creamy greek yoghurt dressing that I just can’t get enough of right now. All you need is 6 ingredients, a bowl and a whisk or fork to mix the ingredients. Yep, its that easy.

Ingredients:

  •  1 cup whole milk greek yoghurt
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (approx. 2 lemons)
  • 2/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt & pepper to season

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix until fully combined. Toss with lettuce leaves for a salad, dollop on roasted veggies or use as a dip for warmed pitas.
