Food is literally life for me and I firmly believe it should be for everyone. Food has the nourish your body and the power to bring people together. How great is that? On my blog I will be encouraging people to cook more and to eat mindfully to achieve their best health.
I’ve turned my day to day cooking and nutritional journey into something tangible and created Surenity Food – somewhere to compile my findings and to share with others. I hope to create an oasis where thoughts regarding these topics can be positively shared and readily available for others.
